Every work on this site is an original painting. There is one of each. Once a piece sells it is gone, and the listing stays up marked sold rather than disappearing.
Prices are in Australian dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Customs duties on international orders are not included and are charged by your own country's authority.
Every screen renders colour differently and photographs of paintings are never exact. Dimensions listed are the stretched canvas, unframed, and are accurate. If a piece is meaningfully different from its listing, that is treated as a fault rather than a change of mind.
An order is confirmed once payment clears. Because each piece is unique, it is possible for two people to reach checkout with the same work. If that happens, the second payment is refunded in full straight away and you will hear from us directly.
An order can be cancelled any time before it is posted. After that, the returns policy applies.
Delivery times given are estimates, not guarantees — once a parcel is lodged it is in the courier's hands. Risk passes to you on delivery, and transit damage is covered as set out in the returns policy.
Buying a painting gives you the physical work. Copyright in the image stays with the artist, so reproducing it commercially needs written permission. Photographing it on your own wall and putting that online is fine and welcome.
Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
