Shipping
Every piece is packed by hand in Western Australia and posted with tracking. Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing is sent flat-packed.
Each painting is wrapped in glassine so nothing touches the paint surface, then bubble-wrapped with rigid corner protectors and boxed in a double-walled carton cut to fit. Larger works are crated. The whole thing is done by hand before it leaves.
Shipping is quoted at checkout once you enter a destination. It is based on the packed size and weight of each piece rather than a flat fee, so a small study does not subsidise a large canvas.

Orders over $2,000 within Australia ship free. Buying more than one piece reduces the postage on each after the first.
Work is usually posted within two to three working days of payment clearing. Larger pieces sometimes take a day longer because the box is made to fit. You will get an email with tracking the moment it is lodged.
Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price and are the buyer's responsibility. They vary by country and are charged by your own customs authority, not by us.
Anything over about 105 cm on its longest side stops being a parcel and travels as freight, which is why the quote jumps for bigger pieces. A courier may call ahead, so a phone number at checkout helps.
Send a photo within seven days of delivery and the order is refunded in full, postage included. Keep the packaging until the claim is settled — the courier sometimes wants to see it.
