When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and optionally a phone number. If you create an account we also store a hashed version of your password — never the password itself.
We do not see or store your card details. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and card data goes directly to them.
To take payment, post your order, send you a receipt and tracking, and answer questions about a purchase. That is all.
Only the services needed to run the shop: our hosting and database provider, our payment processor, our email provider, and the courier who delivers your parcel. Each gets only what it needs. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
Two, and both are functional. One remembers what is in your cart. One keeps you signed in if you have an account. There is no advertising or tracking cookie on this site.
Order records are kept for as long as Australian tax law requires, currently five years. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your account to be deleted. Email us and we will sort it out. Order records tied to a completed sale have to be retained for tax purposes even after an account is closed.
Passwords are hashed. Sessions are stored as hashes rather than as usable tokens. Traffic is encrypted. No system is perfect, but nothing here is stored carelessly.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
