Returns
Buying a painting you have only seen on a screen takes some trust. This is what happens if it does not work out.
Send a photo of the damage within seven days of delivery and the order is refunded in full, postage included. Keep the packaging until the claim is settled, as the courier may want to see it.
Originals can be returned within fourteen days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. The refund covers the price of the work. Return postage is paid by the buyer, and the piece must arrive back in the condition it left in, so pack it carefully and use a tracked service.
Screens vary and colour is never exact. If the piece is meaningfully different from its listing, that is treated as a fault rather than a change of mind, and return postage is covered.
Commissioned work is made to a brief and cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faults and transit damage are covered as above.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within five to ten working days of the return being received or the damage claim being accepted.
None of this limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
Email with your order number and, if relevant, photos. Replies usually come within two working days.
